Shipping policy

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days, and up to 14 business days during peak holiday seasons. (Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.)


Orders placed after 4PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Express. If you have a shipping preference, please contact us at wecare@runwayriches.com prior to ordering.

If your order total is over $250, a signature will be required upon delivery.


Wig & Custom Color Orders

All wig orders are custom made and production begins after your order is placed. Due to this process, custom units ship in 2–3 weeks and are not eligible for UPS Express unless in stock but check to see what’s available first.

If you request custom coloring, please allow up to an additional 7 business days, depending on the volume of color orders at that time.


Order & Delivery Notes

 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We suggest shipping to a secure location. If you experience a loss, please file a claim with the carrier or your local authorities. If you have renter’s or homeowner’s insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim.
  • During high volume sales or holidays, processing and shipping times may be delayed.
  • PO Boxes are not eligible for UPS delivery—please provide a physical address if selecting a UPS shipping option.
  • Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as processing begins immediately. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
  • If you need to expedite your order, email us before purchasing to see if rush processing or faster shipping is available for an additional fee.
