Refund policy
Refunds
We have a strict no-refund policy once an order has begun processing. If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. This includes custom orders, such as wigs or hair extensions that require custom coloring or alterations. After 48 hours, all sales are final, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Custom Orders
Custom orders can only be canceled within the 48-hour window after purchase. Once customization (such as lifting or coloring) has started, the order is non-refundable and cannot be changed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Returns for Defects or Wrong Items
We only accept returns if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The product is defective.
You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery if there is an issue. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your hair upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Expedited Processing & Holiday Orders (Important)
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, orders may be processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, even if the request is made within the 48-hour window.
We encourage customers to review their order carefully before placing an order during promotional or holiday periods.
