Please note: Hair is First Come First Serve, we will not hold orders without a $25 non-refundable deposit. All Deposits go towards orders.

We have a no refund policy. If you would like to cancel a placed order, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. There will be a 14% Cancellation Fee on all orders automatically during cancellation.
During the holidays please allow an extra 3-4 days to receive items on top of our normal shipping policy.
At the moment shipping takes 5-10 business days, (not including Saturday & Sunday). Orders placed after 7pm CST will be processed the Next Business Day. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority mail. If your order is over $250 it does require a signature. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
All wig orders are custom made, therefore, we do not start production until ordered.

We do offer Expedited Shipping you must give us a call at 678-786-9297 BEFORE placing your order for this service. No, we do not offer overnight shipping, only expedited shipping meaning you can receive your hair within 2-3 business days depending on your expedited shipping option. You can however request shipping through a prepaid overnight service.
