Shipping:

Shipping in the U.S. takes 5-7 business days, If located locally in Dallas, TX we do offer IN STORE PICK and our pick up location is located in Downtown Dallas, TX. Please read below for more info on our process:

 

Shipping for KLARNA payment plans could take up to 8-10 business days. Please note, "IN STORE PICK UP" DOES NOT mean your order is readily available for pick up. We will email when your order is available for pick up. The PICK UP process usually takes 2-3 business days. We DO NOT offer IN STORE PICK UP for KLARNA payment plans. Please note that orders placed after 7pm CST will be processed next business day.

 

Please Follow These Steps for Pick Up:
The pick up process usually takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not readily available for pick up, so please wait for a "Pick Up" email that your order is available. To pick up you MUST bring your Government ID and your debit/credit card you used for your purchase in order to pick up your items. We will ALWAYS send you an email when order is available for pick up along with the address of the pick up location. Orders that are not picked up within 3 months of ordering will be restocked and sold, we cannot house purchased bundles left on the shelves after a long period of time.

 

ALL packages come with signature confirmation included for your security and protection. For any Overnight and/or Express Shipping please contact 678.786.9297 BEFORE purchasing this service to get availability of products and accurate delivery dates.

 

Return Policy:

 

If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within three (3) days and we will gladly issue a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and cancelled orders. Please be advised that returned hair cannot not be altered in any way. Alterations include but are not limited to: chemically treated, colored, washed, brushed, cut, curled, flat ironed, installed, etc. All returned hair must be in its original bundle and packaging accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. To ensure that the product is to your satisfaction, please inspect the hair prior to opening/cutting the bundle.

We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for hair installs, install removals and/or other associated styling costs. Please contact us prior to returning the hair. Returns are for products only; shipping fees will not be credited. Customer is responsible for initial and return shipping fees.

 

NO REFUND POLICY on blonde hair, curly hair and any hair longer than 24". All sale and promo items are final.
